Am I bound by a contract for a specific period of time?No, you can cancel your services at any time without penalty. However, we ask that you notify us of any changes at least one week prior to the date you wish to cancel our services.

Is it always the same person that will come do the cleaning?We know that stability is very important to our clients. That's why we make the effort to assign the same Cleaning Expert to each service. However, if the Cleaning Expert is not available, there will always be somebody to replace the regular Cleaning Expert.

What about the billing process?D&M Nettoyage customers receive their invoices by email every week. Invoices are due on Sundays.
