CLEANING EXPERT INFORMATION

WORK DESCRIPTION

Perform a variety of household tasks to maintain the residences in a clean and orderly manner. Please refer to the
D&M Nettoyage-What Is Included document to get a list of the tasks that will be performed at the client's residence.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

D&M Nettoyage has a payment system that will allow our Cleaning Experts to be winners. The Cleaning Expert will receive a flat rate depending on the job. Cleaning Experts will be paid on a biweekly basis. Cheques will be received by direct deposit to the bank account number that the Cleaning Expert will provide. The pay period will be from Monday to Saturday. The paycheck will be deposited in the Cleaning Expert's bank account every Wednesday following the pay period.
SECURITY AND SITE MAINTENANCE

The D&M Nettoyage Expert must ensure the security of the premises, in the customer's residence, during the maintenance. He must maintain the clients' residence according to the D&M Nettoyage-What Is Included document provided by D&M Nettoyage. The Cleaning Expert must ensure that everything is stored safely and ensure that the customer's property is protected from damage during the maintenance of the residence.
DEFAULT AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The Cleaning Expert is in default, if he fails to fulfil one of his commitments mentioned in this contract. D&M Nettoyage will communicate in writing with the Cleaning Expert regarding the issue. D&M Nettoyage can terminate the contract if the Cleaning Expert does not correct his misdoing within the desired timeframe. D&M Nettoyage is in default if he fails to fulfil one of its obligations under this contract. If the misdoing persists and Expert Cleaner does not correct the misdoing within the time limit specified in the written notice sent by the D&M Nettoyage, the D&M Nettoyage can terminate the contract. D&M will pay the Cleaning Expert the due amount ($) for the work performed prior to the termination of the contract.
The Cleaning Experts acknowledge that its failure to comply with its obligations and commitments mentioned above will allow D&M Nettoyage to use injunctive or other remedies to stop the misdoing, in addition to the right to claim damages.
SIGNATURE

By signing this contract, I certify that I have read and accepted the contract and I agree to be registered in the D&M Nettoyage Cleaning Expert Registry. By signing this agreement, I accept the terms and conditions of the contract. I understand that my information is confidential and will be recorded in D&M's Nettoyage Expert Registry until I submit a written request to remove it from the registry.
The D&M Nettoyage Cleaning Expert may unilaterally terminate the contract at any time. If the D&M Nettoyage Cleaning Expert wishes to terminate his contract, he must notify his intention by email to dm@dmnettoyage.com The date of sending the request will be considered as the reference date.
I declare that the information I have provided in this contract is, to my knowledge, correct and complete. If any information changes, I agree to notify D&M and provide updated information.
Please note that this contract will be considered once D&M Nettoyage has received the results of the Cleaning Expert's JUDICIAL BACKGROUND VERIFICATIONS.
