Cleaning done every two weeks
* With a basic package the customer will be entitled to the complete cleaning of one bedroom, one bathroom, one living room , one dinning room and one kitchen for an apartment and three bedrooms, one bathroom , one living room, one dining room and one kitchen for a house according to the terms and conditions of the document "D&M Nettoyage - what's included". Based on the number of rooms you wish to have serviced in your home, D&M Nettoyage will bill the customer for any additional rooms that the customer wishes to have serviced beyond those included in the basic package. These parts will be considered as extras in the invoice that will be sent to the customer.

I authorize D&M Nettoyage to come and operate on the premises
*Please note that an invoice will be sent to your email 24 hr before your next cleaning date.
By signing this agreement, I certify that I have read and agree to the following documents: the agreement, what's included and our D&M Nettoyage packages document. By completing this form, I agree to the payment terms of the agreement. I understand that my information is confidential and will be kept in D&M Nettoyage's customer registry until I submit a written request to remove it.
I authorize D&M Nettoyage to enter my residence to perform the services agreed upon in this agreement. If the customer wishes to terminate the agreement , he/she must notify his intention by email at dm@dmnettoyage.com. The date of sending the request will be considered as the reference date.
I declare that the information I have provided in this agreement is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. Should any information changes, I agree to notify D&M Nettoyage and provide the updated information.
